Peter Clay
("Pete") is a
full-time real estate professional. Prior to joining
Solid Source Realty as an associate broker, Pete was
affiliated with Coldwell Banker French Properties, located in
Forsyth County, GA and specializing in Lake Lanier
properties. Following that agency's merging with
another company, he was affiliated with a
corporate-owned real estate company in the same
market. Pete has been involved with
employee and executive relocation real estate since
1984. He also served for many years as an
executive in New York City and the
Philadelphia area before deciding to
make the Lake Lanier area of Georgia his primary residence.
Pete has
closed sales for homes and lots in,
Alpharetta, Braselton, Buford, Cumming, Dawsonville, Dahlonega, Flowery
Branch, Gainesville, Hoschton, Lawrenceville, Lula, Oakwood, Sugar Hill, Suwanee
and Winder, in Georgia,
as well as numerous referral closings out of his
market areas and in other states.
Pete has lived and worked in northeast, middle
Atlantic and southeast states, and
attended college in the north and in the south. Personal
investments in recreational real estate in various
areas of the country have been very rewarding and
remain a focus. Pete and his wife, a former banking
executive, make their primary residence in one of
the beautiful gated communities on Lake
Lanier,. Pete also owns
out-of-state property, primarily for
skiing, as his wife is a winter sports enthusiast.
An intense desire to
satisfy the needs and desires of the customer/client
has always been Pete's objective, and his
gratification is derived from successfully
meeting that challenge.
